Meet Allison Jenkins
Allison’s property journey began over 25 years ago when she bought her first rental property in East London. She loved seeing rental income land in her account but quickly realised that successful property investing wasn’t just about collecting rent—it was about solving problems, building the right team, and thinking strategically. She figured out how to navigate the challenges, refine her approach, and went on to acquire many more properties.
Twelve years ago, a conversation with a coach helped her recognise that she had built a successful business—one that could give her the financial freedom to step away from her corporate career and focus on what truly mattered: spending time with her family and creating a life on her own terms.
Since then, Allison has restructured her portfolio, shifting from a capital growth-focused strategy to one that generates strong cash flow. She has learned through experience—by rolling up her sleeves, making mistakes, and working things out as she went—as well as from some of the best mentors in the industry. This blend of hands-on learning and expert guidance has helped her master different investment strategies and build a property business that works for her. Along the way, she became a qualified coach, combining her knowledge of finance, team-building, and business strategy to help others achieve financial freedom through property.

Today, Allison splits her time between Edinburgh and Italy, balancing family life with her passion for property. She works just a few hours a week, making sure deals are progressing and refurbishment projects are on track. More than anything, she loves helping others discover how their own skills—along with a willingness to learn and take action—can support them in building great property investments.
